At GolfCore, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We offer a full refund or replacement for all damaged products—at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.

We accept returns on all unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products (unless damaged or faulty)

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
